In these CoVid times I read the newspapers a thousand times a day. Local, foreign newspapers, all day, non-stop. The virus rapidly spreads over the globe but also through our heads and fears. It’s good and healthy to be informed and stay alert, but over-information can be as dangerous as the virus itself.
I tracked all the front pages of "El Pais" newspaper (Spain) from January 1st to march 31st, and registered how the virus spread through the front page until overtaking it all. I then put all the pages together, black for Covid-related news, white for all the rest. The result is a beautiful and scary transition from a completely white page to a completely dark one.
